CNC (computer numerical control) machining is also a process we use for one offs if the part is either a simple set up and low programming times or a complex part that machining times will be greatly decreased. CNC machining is great for multiple parts with small to large runs as the repeatability of accuracy makes it a much more cost effective soloution.

We offer design and prototyping services such as 3D modeling CAD (computor aided drawing) to get an idea of what your ideas may look like in real life. We can also do small 3D printing for a better idea how a part might feel or work , we can also machine some parts out of a cheaper/softer materials to do a mock up assembly before producing the final product to save time and money. We also offer reverse manufacturing processes where possible when parts are unavailable to be bought, superseeded or just far to expensive to purchase new.
